Actress Heather Locklear was arrested in Santa Barbara, Calif., on Saturday, according to People magazine.
California Highway Patrol would not release any information nor would they confirm the arrest at this time. More information will be released to the media within the next couple of hours, a CHP communications officer tells E! News.
TMZ is reporting that alcohol was not involved but law enforcement officials are conducting tests to determine if Locklear was under the influence of drugs. She was released on her own recognizance.
In June, the six-time Golden Globe Award nominee checked into a rehab center in Arizona for anxiety and depression. She returned home after one month at the Sierra Tucson treatment facilty.
