Did the potential actor’s strike really force a group of A-list actors to go to work in Burbank’s IKEA store?
Actually it turns the actors, including Ileana Douglas, Jane Lynch, Jeff Goldblum, Tom Arnold, Justine Bateman, Ed Begley Jr, Kevin Pollack, Michael Irpino, and Robert Patrick were shooting a brand new web series called Easy to Assemble that’s due to premiere online this month - with one new episode every week through November!
The series is being produced by the very same people who brought us Illeanarama - supermarket of the stars where Ms. douglas decided to quit Hollywood and take a job at the local grocery story - and continues the story as Illeana decides to take a job over at IKEA instead!
The scripted comedy will be unveiled in 10 installments of four minutes each on YouTube, Daily Motion, Blinkx, Metacafe, Revver and Vuze, and on mobile platforms.
