If Kim wasn’t secure with herself of course she is going to do whatever it takes to feel good about herself. She obviously thinks she is a good role model for young women across the world and if she believes that sending the message to have sex on a video tape, get butt implants/augment her butt and change her GOD given natural appearance to become famous because she has no real talent ( that we’ve seen), then I can’t knock her for it. But, in reality her getting the butt implants is just a way for her to get attention, and to finally be recognized. She should know that flaunting her butt around isn’t doing anybody any good , but telling young girls they cant be desired unless they make their asses bigger! If she wanted to truly be a role model she wouldn’t say ” Hi , I’m Kim and poke her ass in the camera!!!
