Sienna Miller is so tired of the paparazzi following her around and snapping photos of her behavior that she’s taking action against UK pap agency Big Pictures and its founder, Darryn Lyons.
Miller says her life has been made intolerable due to a “campaign of harassment” by the photographers.
Her lawyer, David Sherborne, claims the agency is guilty of harassment and invasion of privacy, and that Miller has been caused “substantial alarm, fear and enormous distress” by their conduct.
Apparently Miller has had to deal with the harassment since the end of June and the behavior has continued “despite requests to desist,” and has gotten to the point where he believes it has violated her human rights.
According to Sherborne, Miller was chased while driving and there were “other forms of physical and verbal intimidation or abuse in their attempts to obtain photographs of her for commercial exploitation.”
He also claims they would confront her outside her house, or chase her to the airport on several occasions, or even stalk her at the park.
As for the lawsuit, a judge has decided that a trial would be heard on the first available date after January 12th.
Just another normal day in Hollyweird.
