Remember when TRL first started with El Carson Daly? Que cool was it back then?
TRL, premiered in 1998 and was averaging nearly 761,000 viewers per day at the height of its success. Wow that’s not even close to the millions PerezHilton.com gets a day on his blog. TRL now saw its numbers go down to 332,000 viewers. Por que? Well, maybe MTV which stood for Music Television is now only about reality shows like , Lauren Conrad’s The Hills and La Paris Hilton’s My New BFF.
Last night MTV had a video with a two-hour finale. One of the clips they showed was when Yustin Timberlake was in N’Sync and he said how col it would be to date La Britney Spear, awww, que cute =( Remember those days?
Teenagers juiced to love coming home after school and tuning in to TRL. Oh well, this shows, how badly the music industry is these days.
