The pop princess staged her first live performance since the 2007 VMAs at last night’s Bambi awards in Germany. 

Covered head-to-toe in black and borrowing Madonna’s top hat, Britney performed her hit single “Womanizer” before picking up the award for Best International Pop Star from designer Karl Lagerfeld.

In presenting the award, Lagerfeld said, “I admire you … not just for your art, but for your energy. [You are] coming back not only as a phoenix, but as a bird of paradise.”
