Jennifer Garner’s lawyer, Blair Berk, just appeared in downtown L.A. court and got an order against 36 year-old Steven Burky (who has been stalking her since 2002) prohibiting him from having contact with Garner for three years (Nov. 20, 2011)
Under the permanent order, Burky must stay 100 yards away from Garner, Ben Affleck, daughter Violet, the nanny, housekeeper, and others. He can’t go near her home, the kid’s school or her workplace.
Burky, who caused the star to fear for her and her family’s safety after sending “packages and letters containing delusional and paranoid thoughts and following me around the country” is currently in a psychiatric hold and must stay there!
