Drew Barrymore is ready for more Charlie’s Angels.
“I’m so into it,” she told E! Online about the possibility of a third film, while promoting her ensemble comedy He’s Just Not That Into You.
Barrymore’s production company, Flower Films, brought the updated retelling of the 1970s T.V. series to the big screen nine years ago. She starred with Cameron Diaz and Lucy Liu. All of them returned three years later for a less successful sequel,Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle.
Barrymore’s producing partner Nancy Juvonen confirmed the film is on its way. “It’s rising to the surface,” she said.
Barrymore added, “They’re hard movies to make, but they’re fun.”
Ideas are being kicked around, including the possible introduction of a fourth Angel and a new villian.
Let the casting begin…can’t wait!
