According to Badboy Broadcast, T-pain was riding a golf cart jesterday and it rolled over. He scraped his arm and lost some of his teeth. This happened in San Antonio, Texas before the Lil’ Wayne Concert. 
First of all how the khell does someone break teeth when they are covered in gold? Second of all, how does someone get into a golf cart accident by THEMSELVES especially when a golf course looks LIKE THIS!!!
