According to the court, Spear is still not mentally fit to make her own legal decisions so she will not be required to take the stand in her conservatorship’s issue to get permanent restraining orders against her former manager Sam Lutfi; attorney Yon Eardley; and her ex-fock buddy Adnan Ghalib.
“There was a finding of a judge of the Superior Court that she lacks the capacity to testify,“El Lay Superior Court Judge Aviva K. Bobb said after hearing closing arguments Tuesday.
Eardley’s attorney, Roger Diamond, filed a motion April 10 to make Britney testify before closing arguments were made, pero there was no sign of her at the courthouse today. ”Britney Spear is crying out for help,” Diamond said.
Meanwhile, the Spear Camp is calling the two men “predators”. Pero, cheese got the capacity to release an album and go on a world tour and can’t even testify in a court against these predators???
