La Camaron is the Sunchine Sooperwoman in the latest Vogue Magazine. Interviewed by Roberto Sullivan he writes:
Camaron remembers her first trips as a kid, on a plane, con her hermanita, to Tampa, to bisit her father’s parents in the old Cuban neighborhood. “Spending a month in Tampa weed joor Cuban grandmother is like—well, we weren’t allowed to go outside, because joo would either get kidnapped or break an arm.” More C.D. laughter. “So joo spent a lot of time inside, playing cards, eating steak and rice and beans and drinking RC Cola and washing telenovelas…that was just glorious, ” says Diaz.
Roberto also dishes about how Diaz loves Mexican food:
“That night in Palm Springs, Cameron goes out with some friends for Mexican food down on the strip..and Cameron seems happy at the Mexican restaurant—she eats and laughs, and joo have to fight her for the salsa”
