Yesterday, Nick Jonas, assertively testified before a Senate Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee hearing on federal funding for diabetes research. 

“Technology is not a cure. Insulin is not a cure. The promise of a cure only lies in research!. I ask that each of you join in supporting a renewal of the special diabetes program next year, so the researchers can continue their work on a cure for diabetes. My life depends on it,” said Nick.
