Fans will get the chance to bid farewell to the late King of Pop on Tuesday, July 7th at 10AM. at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.  On Tuesday morning a motorcade will go from Forest Lawn Mortuary in L.A. to the Staples Center complex (or might possibly at the smaller Nokia Theatre) in Downtown Los Angeles where the public memorial will be held.

RadarOnline is reporting that this event will be a memorial service and those who wish to attend will have to pay $25 to sit in the stadium’s stands. (Only family, friends and VIPs will have seats on the main floor.)

No news on where the musical genius will be buried.

  5. They’re charging? Seriously? No thank you.

  6. They say the B&B circus will follow the memorial, sounds to me like the memorial will turn into a circus!! RIP Michael, finally some peace for your troubled soul.

  7. Charging and entrance fee for a funeral… well i suppose it make sence.. the guys was in some crazy insane debt. Every little helps.

Great singer/dancer! But lets not forget his mental state in the past decade!! Also the court case’s and settlements all circled around interfering with children… or has everyone forgotten about that. Granted he was an easy target for someone looking to make a quick buck, but there is NEVER smoke without fire. What was a adult male doin sleeping in a bed with children?? Am I the only person that thinks that is wrong?

    Anyway..

    Condolences to his family.
