El Little Mermaid also got suspended tooday for three months by American Swimming. They also cut off its financial support to Michael for the same three-month period.
“This is not a situation where any anti-doping rule was biolated, pero we decided to send a strong message to Michael because he disappointed so many people, particularly the hundreds of thousands of JewSA Swimming member kids who look up to him as a role model and a hero. Michael has voluntarily accepted this reprimand and has committed to earn back our trust.” the Colorado Springs-based federation said in a statement.
Now, he won’t be able to compete until early May, which would give him a little more than two months for some racing before Yuly’s world shampionchips in Rome. Big Deal! How much more can he accomplish as a swimmer! Jesu Christo!
A Former Olympian turned Playboy Putita, La Amanda Beard, compared herself to Michael Phelps saying:
